Section 03

HubSpot Lifecycle Automation

The Link Broadband marketing system relies heavily on HubSpot to manage prospect communication and lifecycle transitions.

Gaiia is responsible for pushing events to HubSpot via its native API integration. BetaCraft's scope is to configure HubSpot to correctly receive those events, map them to the right contact properties, and trigger the appropriate lifecycle workflows.

Scope Includes
Area Description
Lifecycle Property Mapping Configure contact properties required for lifecycle state transitions.
Workflow Implementation Build and validate three core lifecycle workflows: (1) Pre-Registration — keep prospects warm during construction; (2) Area Goes Live — notify all pre-registered contacts when serviceability changes from unavailable to available; (3) Dropout & Re-engagement — re-engage contacts who leave the funnel or cancel.
Consent and Messaging Rules Implement email and SMS consent logic.
Lead Attribution Configure UTM tracking and campaign attribution.
Template Setup Prepare email and SMS templates used across lifecycle workflows.
Strategic Consulting Alignment sessions with Gaiia and EPC teams to validate field mapping, area-to-address matching accuracy, and lifecycle trigger logic before go-live.
ℹ️

Post-order workflows (order confirmation, install preparation, scheduling communications) are handled within Gaiia's own communication layer and are not part of this HubSpot scope.

Our Recommendation

Based on our conversations, Astro is the recommended platform for Link Broadband.

The ability to push outage banners, update neighbourhood construction status, and manage announcements without relying on a developer was a specific priority for your team. The Astro build includes a lightweight admin panel designed exactly for this — giving Link Broadband operational control from day one.

Astro also delivers superior performance and SEO out of the box, which directly supports the neighbourhood expansion and lead generation goals at the core of this project.

WordPress remains a viable option for teams that prefer direct CMS editing and a lower monthly commitment.

Our recommendation is Astro.

"We look forward to building this with Link Broadband."
